B. 365nm organic phosphor/254nm organic phosphor
a. Product description:
The average particle size of the organic anti-counterfeiting phosphor is 1-10 µ m, and the water content is ≤ 3%.
b. Product characteristics:
Organic anti-counterfeiting phosphor is a dye, which can be completely transparent after being dissolved in appropriate solvent; The luminous effect is good and the addition amount is low. Suitable for injection and extrusion of printing ink, coating and plastic.
c. Recommended dosage:(Example: film-forming 20 μ m. Plastic molding 0.2cm)
1%~10% w/w (5%) for oily ink and coating
Used for plastic injection and extrusion 0.01%~0.05% w/w (0.02%)
d. Precautions:
Transparent resin shall be used as the base material, and the appropriate concentration shall be adjusted according to the processing method and coating thickness.
The organic anti-counterfeiting phosphor can be dissolved by solvent first, and it will have different solubility according to different solvent types. After being dissolved, it will be transferred into the ink according to the appropriate proportion. The organic anti-counterfeiting phosphor can be applied to screen, lithography, intaglio, relief, pad printing, coating, painting, etc.
The anti-counterfeiting phosphor can be ejected with various types of plastics, such as PP, PE, PVC, PU, PS, ABS, TPR, EVA, nylon, acrylic, etc. The temperature should not exceed 240 ℃ when ejecting.
When the anti-counterfeit phosphor is used for plastic injection or extrusion, it is better to use color masterbatch, which will be more evenly dispersed. The color masterbatch should be fully dried before use. If you need to directly use the anti-counterfeit phosphor, please mix and stir the anti-counterfeit phosphor, additives, and then add them to the plastic materials, so that the color and anti-counterfeit phosphor can be more evenly combined with the plastic.
C. 365nm inorganic phosphor/infrared inorganic phosphor
a. Product description:
The average particle size of inorganic phosphor is 1-20 μ m. Water content ≤ 3%.
b. Product characteristics:
Inorganic phosphor is a pigment with good optical rotation resistance and long service life. Suitable for injection and extrusion of printing ink, coating and plastic.
c. Recommended dosage: (example: film-forming 20 μ m. Plastic molding 0.2cm)
2%~30% w/w (25%) for water-based and oil-based inks and coatings
Used for plastic injection and extrusion 0.1%~5% w/w (0.2%)
d. Precautions:
Inorganic anti-counterfeiting phosphor cannot be dissolved by solvent, and there will be particle size limitation during processing. Appropriate processing methods should be selected, such as screen printing, intaglio printing, pad printing, coating, painting, etc. Inorganic anti-counterfeiting phosphor is not suitable for lithography and relief printing.

4、 Supplementary notes
The color of 365nm/254nm anti-counterfeit phosphor after being excited by ultraviolet light will be affected by other fluorescent dyes, pigments and brighteners. It is recommended that when using anti-counterfeit fluorescent materials, they should not be used together with other fluorescent materials, pigments and brighteners, and the substrate and printed matter should also avoid containing fluorescent materials themselves. Therefore, when selecting materials, ultraviolet lamps should be used to illuminate them and check whether the materials themselves contain fluorescent materials.
5、 Other information
A. Storage and life: Store in a dry and cool place. The storage life is 2 years.
B. Test report: our anti-counterfeiting fluorescent products have passed EN-71 and RoHS tests. It can be used in food packaging and toy manufacturing.
